Portable Twins Vehicle Spray Booth By Container Style

2. Middle one panel to separate, equip one pcs service door can drive through, front spray booth inside length 6900mm, back equip one paint mixing room(inside equip one set paint mixing bench with exhaust duct.

3. Cabin A and cabin B frame use square tube welded, whole welding is firm and outside use wall panel sealed.

4. Wall panel use 75mm rockwool, density: 80kg/m3, inside and outside colorful steel plate thickness δ=0.426mm.

5. Working area ceiling panel use 50mm rockwool, density: 80kg/m3, inside and outside colorful steel plate thickness δ=0.426mm.

6.Basement is welded with cabin, height 250mm, middle 2 rows grids which made of 30×4 flat steel, surface galvanized, rest is embossed plate which made of 3mm steel plate bending welding reinforcement, surface is silver oil painted.

7. Cabin frame use galvanized steel plate, surface powder coating.

8. Full ramp, two sides equip oblique slope, anti-skid pattern plate bending, internal welding reinforcement.

9. Trolley: Each station is equipped with 4 trolleys and 6 moving tracks. Among them, the moving track is made of 8 # channel steel and 30 × 40 square pipe, and the structural force is strong. The mobile trolley is made of 5.0 thick non-skid pattern plate, grid, wheel and bearing device. Galvanizing treatment on the surface of the trolley.

2,Cabin one side share one set rolling door with drying booth, door opening size 5800×2050mm(W×H), rolling door use double sides colorful steel plate, thickness 0.6mm, middle fill thermal insulation material, paint booth and drying booth all install rolling door control box, 2 booths all can operate lifting. Set the working status indicator above the switch which can show whether the drying booth is working, when drying booth is working, rolling door is not working.

1. Fan cabin is made of painted steel plate and galvanized steel plate, inside fill rockwool.

2. Intake fan use one set turbo fan, model DDF-710, power 7.5KW, capacity 25000m3/h;

3. Exhaust fan use one set turbo fan, modelDDF-710, power 7.5KW, capacity 25000m3/h；

4. Motor is ABB or Siemens brand.

5. Burner hole and ceiling air plenum distance 2000mm.

The exhaust pipe is composed of high-quality galvanized steel plate and flange made of professional equipment.

Exhaust duct total qty: 4pcs straight duct, 2pcs elbow, 1pcs manual damper.

The exchanger is welded by argon arc welding of SUS304 high quality stainless steel. With explosion proof, with inspection and repair hole.

The complete set of system is equipped with 1 set of electric damper to ensure that the indoor and outdoor circulation is correct
